Arranging of Funerals and cremations
Obtaining and completing of all legal documentation for funerals and cremations
Maintaining all funeral records
Offering counselling and comforting the bereaved families
Handling payments and invoicing
Marketing and sales of funerals, tombstones and AVBOB insurance products
Rendering client service and assisting with complaints
Required Skills
entrepreneurial skills : 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Grade 12
Driver’s licence
Own transport and cell phone
Clear credit and criminal record
Compliance with FAIS legislation for registration as fit and proper individuals
Business and functional experience in the funeral industry will be an advantage
Good communication, analytical, planning and organising skills
Time Management and administration skills
Computer literacy
Must be able to relocate to any AVBOB office in RSA after training
This position reports to: Area Manager Funeral
