The Gupta family will go head to head with the Asset Forfeiture Unit in the Free State High Court on Thursday.
This is an effort to overturn a court order to freeze their assets.

The raids are linked to the ongoing investigation into the Estina dairy farm scandal.
The family argues the state has no prospect of convicting them on criminal charges linked to the scam.
AFU investigators say the properties will be used to recoup some of the money looted from the project.
