Fikile Mbalula heading to KZN to assess roads

Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula will be heading to KwaZulu-Natal on Friday following the deadly floods.
He says his focus will be on making sure damaged roads, bridges, and railway networks are fixed as quickly as possible.
Meanwhile, the death toll in the catastrophic floods in KwaZulu-Natal has risen to 341.
Most of the fatalities are from the eThekwini metro.
More than 40,000 people have been affected by the disaster.
Premier Sihle Zikalala says the magnitude of the damage caused by the floods will run into billions of rand.
