Over 2 000 arrested in Limpopo

Limpopo police arrested 2,000 suspects last week for crimes ranging from murder and rape to common robbery.

Counterfeit cigarettes, dangerous weapons, and drugs were also confiscated.

Provincial Commissioner of Police in Limpopo, Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe, has commended the police for their hard work.

Meanwhile, the RTMC said more than 3,000 people have been arrested for reckless driving since the beginning of the festive season.
