Job Summary
Provide Customer Support to members using the digital platform to interact with the business.
Key Performance Areas/Key Result Areas
Achieve quality standard sales.
Provide customer support.
Provide user support for the Medical Society Mobile Application.
Conduct general administrative duties.
Activities/Tasks
Achieve quality standard sales
Build customer relationships.
Establish customers’ needs.
Advise clients on the most suitable policies.
Up sell products according to customer queries.
Achieve departmental performance target (Daily, weekly and monthly).
Maintain high standard of product knowledge.
Provide customer support
Verify existing members portfolios, clarify information.
Assist clients to access benefits related to the Medical Society App and product.
Evaluate customer feedback and recommended improved service delivery.
Retain members.
Resolve queries.
Provide User support for the Medical Society Application
Provide technical support to Nurses, and to external clients when required.
Identify and resolve technical issues.
Promote the medical society application.
Identify and recommended technological improvements to the application/organisation.
Conduct general administrative duties
Research queries and issues.
Prepare, generate and distribute periodic reports
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Maintain high standard of product knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Matric.
Computer Science/IT Diploma.
Desirable qualifications
Business Administration Certificate
Required Experience
Troubleshooting software.
Short term insurance experience.
Sales experience.
Desirable Experience
Insurance or sales background.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Intimate knowledge of computing systems.
Mobile digital applications.
