The land invasion matter involving Economic Freedom Front (EFF) leader Julius Malema resumes in the Newcastle Magistrate’s court on Monday.
Malema’s expected to answer to charges for contravening the Riotous Assemblies Act.
In 2016, he reportedly told his supporters to invade unoccupied land.
The CIC Julius Malema will appear at the Newcastle Magistrate Court over the Riotous Assembly’s Act charges brought regarding the land question.
