Another South African Artist appears on Sway In The Morning. Sway, who hosts the popular hip hop radio show, Sway in the Morning, has really put South African rappers in the American spotlight over the last few years and it looks like he’s planning on collaborating with many more of our hip hop personalities.
DJ PH is living his best life koStates and during his time in New York City, he decided to pay a visit to the legendary hip hop DJ, Sway Calloway.
PH spent the morning in the studio with the American DJ and also had the opportunity to deliver the mix of the day.
PH, meanwhile, couldn’t hide his excitement and his gratitude: “Very grateful that music has taken me to many corners of the earth. In time, I plan on bringing others with me! No point doing this alone. Let’s all grow.
PH isn’t just content to put himself on though. Reports suggested he’s spearheading an attempt to get A-Reece on the show to freestyle for Calloway. The likes of AKA, Cassper Nyovest and Stogie T have all had a chance to freestyle for the legendary hip hop figure and A-Reece looks as if he could be next.
Sway literally hopped onto PH’s Twitter feed and said:
“I wanna say Calloway to invite South African MCs to come on Sway in the Morning, who’s gon be the first? A-Reece! A-Reece man hit me back man, I need a number on you, let’s make that happen,”
