Former Bosasa executive Angelo Agrizzi tests negative for COVID-19

Former Bosasa executive Angelo Agrizzi has tested negative for COVID-19. Agrizzi was taken from prison to a hospital on Thursday.

This week, Agrizzi appeared in court on fraud and corruption charges and denied bail.

The court ruled that Agrizzi’s foreign assets make him a flight risk. He appeared alongside former ANC MP Vincent Smith.

Smith’s bail was extended to 3 December.
