Bheki Cele: Andre de Ruyter had easy access to Hawks

Former Eskom CEO Andre de Ruyter should have taken his allegations of corruption and cartels to the dedicated security teams within the power utility.
That’s according to Police Minister Bheki Cele.
Cele says that there are two dedicated law enforcement teams working at facilities, none of which have been able to confirm the allegations.
He was speaking to JJ Tabane on Power To Truth.
“There are two mainstream teams working there — the Hawks and the ordinary detectives who are dealing with the low to the medium and then the medium to high,” Cele said.
“I have asked all those people, not a single one had that information. Why you would not tell those people that are working on those case?
“As I speak now, with the Hawks there are 21 high-profile arrests that are there.”
