KickOff.com has been informed that a case of domestic violence and damage to property has been opened against Jali.
The former Orlando Pirates star is said to be struggling with the bottle and this is affecting him both at home and at Sundowns. He missed Sundowns’ trip to Botswana during pre-season after he was allegedly arrested.
Jali, who looks set to face the music from his club, is likely to be granted bail today.
The midfielder was looking for a return to South Africa to spend more time with his family, but things have not gone well for him.
Sundowns spokesperson Thulani Thuswa could not be reached for comment.
