ANCYL national elective conference underway

The ANC Youth League is holding its national elective conference in Johannesburg.

ANC secretary-general Fikile Mbalula officially opened the programme, saying the youth must be allowed to elect new leaders without interference. He touched on divisions within the governing party and even the Phala Phala report.
