ANC employees lay charges against Top Six

ANC employees, lead by axed employee Carl Niehaus, have laid charges of theft and corruption against party bosses.
They allege that the party failed to pay over staff UIF contributions despite deducting them.
Niehaus, who was fired after threatening charges, said: “This action that myself and some other members of the ANC staff are taking is based on what has happened over a period of time and covers the period of my employment with the ANC, so I am fully entitled to be part of this process.”
Niehaus said the charges to be laid against the Top Six are criminal charges of fraud and theft, and contraventions of statutory provisions regarding UIF contributions.
Earlier, party members protested outside Luthuli House.
They claim there’s been a manipulation of candidate lists for the upcoming local government elections.
