ANC briefing on Tshwane municipality issues

The ANC will address the media after the City of Tshwane was placed under administration.

Gauteng Premier David Makhura dissolved the municipality and placed it under administration.

It follows continuous battles between the DA, ANC and EFF over who should be in charge. Makhura says the administration team will be named in a week.
