With this lady, it is very rare to know about her personal life because she is so private. Amo Chidi is one of the most private and reserved celebrities in South Africa but she broke all of that down this week when she shared a rare picture of her husband!
Amo Chidi is celebrating turning 30 this week and, as we always say, aging is a blessing! She reflected on the three decades of her life so far which have seen her establish herself as one of Mzansi‘s most gifted actors, welcome her first child, and say “I do” to the man of her dreams. While we’ve all followed her career closely, she has been rather secretive about her personal life.
Which is why when we caught a rare side glimpse of her man on the gram, it felt like a privilege to have been invited into this portion of her life. She showed him off in a photo grid which encapsulated all of the most important people and passions in her life.
She wrote about the momentous photo grid:
“Thank you God for bringing me this far, for the beautiful gift of life and all the love that surrounds me!!!!! Today I closed a chapter of my life and started another! I’m so excited about my new journey, thank you All for the love and support!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! Ke a leboga”
Her mentions were filled with messages of congratulations from many of her closest friends and family on social media who were couldn’t hide their delight from the rest of the world.
Meanwhile, we are just hoping we’ll get to see Mr. Chidi again at some point!
