The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) will present the party’s proposal on the Banks Amendment Bill on Tuesday.

The amendment proposes amendments to the Banks Act and if adopted will allow “for state-owned companies to register in terms of that act and to conduct the business of a bank’
