AKA and Nadia Nakai take Daily Sun to the Courts

AKA and Nadia Nakai to proceed with civil claims for damages worth R800 000

AKA took to social media to post a letter from Rudolph Baloyi Attorney who is representing himself and Nadia Nakai.

AKA and Nadia gave a joint statement to the Daily Sun, the two denied an altercation and said their trip to Ghana, where they both had separate work engagements, was beautiful. They said it was being turned into a public smear campaign.

The two are suing the Daily Sun after they went ahead to publish an article allegedly claiming that AKA assaulted Nadia while they were in Ghana.

In the statement, it shows that AKA and Nadia Nakai will proceed with civil claims for damages in the amount of R800 000.00 against the Daily Sun.

The Daily Sun has been asked to publicly apologise and write a retraction for the article which many online platforms have published based on the websites.
