Aircraft carrying South African from Wuhan set to arrive

The chartered SANDF aircraft carrying 122 South Africans from Wuhan is expected to land at the Polokwane Airport on Saturday. On arrival, they will be placed in quarantine for 21 days at The Ranch Resort, situated 25 kilometres from Polokwane.

Should anyone begin showing signs of illness, they will be separated in an isolation area. Coronavirus in SA: Eight more cases recorded. The roads leading to both entrances of The Ranch are on lockdown and are being patrolled by the army and police. The mission is reportedly costing around R25 million.
