Advocate Malesela Teffo is planning to sue the Police Ministry for contempt of court.
Teffo was handcuffed and arrested in court, in full view of the media.
The advocate claims that Police Minister Bheki Cele and the National Police Commissioner are involved in his arrest.
Teffo is representing four of the five men accused of murdering Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa.
