Administrator Needed – Apply:
Sorbet Tygervalley is looking for Front Desk Administrator. Must be highly detail-orientated, goal-driven and pro-active – able to efficiently run the reception desk of this busy store.
The successful candidate should have a passion for the beauty industry as well as a track record of excellence in administration. Experience in cash-ups and stock tracks are all a must; as is the ability to deal effectively with people and sell retail products.
Key responsibilities:
Always putting the Guest first, ensuring they are accurately booked in, well looked after before, during and after their booking and going the extra mile to advise them, or follow up on, on any queries they may have. Ensuring overall great service at all times.
Must be able to communicate effectively over the telephonic: be polite, engaging, knowledgeable and friendly.
Ensuring the smooth running of the store by effectively managing the Booking Schedule. Takes responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, cash-ups and cash control, stock receiving and invoice cross-checks while on relevant shifts.
Is capable of capturing invoices, doing stock counts and inventory controls.
Manage customer complaints diplomatically and professionally.
Manage administrative invoice filing and controls.
Must be vigilant about maintaining good hygienic and in-store, in particular at the front desk.
Skills Required:
1+ years Administrator experience
Good working knowledge of Excel
Must be able to manage own time effectively and responsibly
Must be a team player with excellent diplomacy skills; must display a pro-active, organised and highly detail orientated nature
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly pressurised environment
Must be immaculately groomed and be passionate about beauty and skincare.
