ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Site visits and building and maintaining relations with clients/employees All admin related tasks for the entire initiative Capturing and maintaining learners’ information Maintenance of the database Coordinating and administration of training Liaising with schools/learners/host employers Collecting information REQUIREMENTS Candidate is required to visit clients in rural areas which are not easily accessible. Therefor it is a non-negotiable requirement that when applying for this position, the candidate declares that he/she has THEIR OWN VEHICLE which they can use every day and not going to make use of public transport. VERY good command of English, both written and verbal. Excellent people skills Good admin skills, which include computer skills i.e. MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, Power Point) Matric with at least one year applicable experience (not-negotiable) Good organisational, planning and time management skills Training facilitation Attention to detail Please note that candidates will be contacted only if they are shortlisted and meet the above requirements.
