Contracts, Rentals, Utilities Administrator wanted: Salary R14 000 per month
General
Assist with lease related invoicing and administration
Maintain manual and electronic filing
Capture costs and contractual invoices
Assist with other contractual invoicing
Assist with monthly billing and queries for local and international couriers
Adhoc admin duties
Liaise with staff from branches as well as supplier
COMPETENCIES
Qualifications
Matric, relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Specific Skills (Technical):
Excel proficient at an intermediate level
Minimum 5 years in a similar financial/administrative position
The successful applicant must:
Have good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail/accuracy
Be self-driven
Be organized and assertive
