General Admin Duties
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Resolving enquiries
Following up on counter signature
Filing and archiving and maintaining a summary of contracts
General photocopying and scanning
Monitoring and updating on progress
Preparing and distributing documents
Arranging and collating data
Any other adhoc duties that may arise
Minimum Essential Requirements
Grade 12
Business Administration Diploma
Strong organisational skills
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Oral and written communication skills
The ability to meet deadlines
A good telephone manner
