Duties;
Update price-list when new ones have been received.
Send all signed documents/contracts to our finance houses.
Follow up on a daily basis with our finance houses regarding deals.
Once deals are approved, input orders with suppliers.
Follow up on all deliveries.
Follow up on all installations.
Input all sales information on BPO Comms.
On-billing.
Service calls.
Commission invoicing.
Liaise with relevant parties regarding connectivity.
Coordinate the sales team by managing calendars, organizing client’s files and documents, and communicating client information to reps, management, or other staff as needed.
Organizing Installers / Suppliers to be at the site for a project kick-off meeting.
Respond to customer inquiries/ complaints.
Provide after-sales support to clients when needed (And inform sales about any issues).
Handle order processing (Financing etc).
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, or work with sales reps to inform clients of delays and problems.
Urgent Quotations for sales team if they are on the road and need to adjust accordingly / change things in front of the customer.
Sales support – help sales representatives improve their productivity and spend more time selling.
