My client is seeking a very strong and vibrant Admin Manager for a retail outlet in Piet Retief.

Responsibilities:

Good communication and writing skills
Manage the entire Admin function for the store
Manage the payroll
Staff Scheduling
Accounts
Debtors and Creditors
Provide weekly and Monthly reports to management
Manage staff and assets
Control Stock

The incumbent must be computer literate, know how to work on Excel, emails & an accounting software package with Inventory management and control. Must be Honest and reliable, No criminal records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R15,000.00 – R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Piet Retief, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Branch Management: 1 year (Required)

Salesforce: 1 year (Required)
