REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities include:
Product administration i.e loading of product codes and amendments of price changes and product specifications
Order management as per the requirements of merchandise planners and buyers. Communicate to suppliers regarding amended orders. Loading and amending of orders, sending orders to suppliers and Update buying administrative documentation.
Effectively deal with Customer/ Store inquiries through assisting stores with special orders and any queries received
Assist in preparation for sample sales
Action mark-downs and price adjustments as advised by planning and send the relevant communication on to stores
Adhoc duties, including but not limited to general administrative duties and assist in optimizing and developing processes within the department.
Work Experience required:
2 years of retail experience required
Administrative experience required
Formal Qualifications required:
Grade 12 / Matric
Job-Related Knowledge:
Microsoft Office proficiency (word, excel and outlook)
