Convicted racist Adam Catzavelos has apologized again to South Africans. He was back in the Randburg magistrate’s court for sentencing proceedings. Court has adjourned until 28 February.
The Johannesburg businessman was charged in 2018 after a video of him using the k-word went viral.
Later, he pleaded guilty to crimen injuria.
He admitted that the k-word is hurtful and said he didn’t intend to harm anyone.
In August last year, Catzavelos reached a settlement with the Human Rights Commission in a separate case.
His lawyer Lawley Shain said his client wants to take responsibility for his actions.
