Adam Catzavelos loses appeal bid
Adam Catzavelos has lost his bid to have criminal charges against him thrown out of court.
Catzavelos is attempting to avoid prosecution on crimen injuria charges.
The National Director of Public Prosecutions says he must stand trial.
The South African Human Rights Commission is expected to present its case against the businessman.
Catzavelos came under fire after he filmed himself using the k-word while on holiday in Greece in August last year.
He faces a crimen injuria charge.
