We have a vacancy for the above mentioned position, at Head Office. The successful applicant will report to the Accountant.
Salary: R13,000 p/m
Location: Observatory
Your Duties And Responsibilities Include:
Bank and cashbook.
Debtors / creditors.
Petty cash.
Helping with fixed assets.
General administration and filing.
You will be further responsible for the timeous and accurate capturing of data and documents into the financial and operating systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
Academic grade 12 with accounting as one of the main subjects.
Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in same or similar position with background in debtors / creditors / cashbook.
Must be computer literate in Great Plains, MS Office Word and Excel. Excel important, should be proficient with Vlookup, formulas etc
The successful applicant must be someone that can work independently with attention to detail. Candidate must be able to interact with others at all levels.
