Job Description:
Compuscan Loyalty and Rewards, has a position available for an Account Manager to service clients in Gauteng.
Key Requirements:
NQF Level 4- Matric (Grade 12)
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years CRM and Loyalty experience either in a programme management capacity or within the Loyalty service provider industry.
Loyalty client account management experience is essential
Proven track record of sales targets met and exceeded
Key relationships within the Rewards Programmes in South Africa
Prepared to travel

To generate and maintain the growth curve of Compuscan Loyalty & Rewards
Identify areas where Compuscan has the opportunity to cross and up sell loyalty products
Create awareness of Compuscan’s loyalty products and how to utilise it correctly within the extended client base
Ensure superior customer service is offered at all times to all clients
Promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client / company relationships
Achieve and exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of core loyalty and rewards products and value added solutions
Administration including regular reporting
Ensure monthly financial reconciliations and billing for clients
