9,020 new COVID-19 cases, 81 deaths

South Africa has recorded 9,020 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24-hours.
A further 81 COVID-19 related deaths have been reported, bringing total fatalities to 90,935 to date.
A total of 34,753 tests were conducted in the last 24hrs, representing a 26% positivity rate. There were also 81 deaths reported.
This means that there have been 90,935 deaths and 3,433,554 cases reported across the country since the outbreak of the coronavirus in March last year.
