Details: Franchise dealerships in Cape Town has a position open for a Service Advisor with a few years’ experience.

The basic on offer depends on the qualifications and training received as well as brand knowledge and experience. (No Saturdays)

Requirements:

Previous solid working experience at one dealership for 2 years or more in the position of service advisor.
Technical knowledge is preferred
Client would prefer specific brand knowledge background – first choice
Working experience on Automate / Kerridge.
Valid driver’s license
Matric / N3 / NQF Level 4 qualification minimum.
Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken.
Excellent understanding of customer service and CSI scoring.
Criminal clear record required.
No judgements on ITC.
