3 Arrested for stealing toilets
When you think you have seen it all, criminals decide to steal toilets and that’s not the end of it. They got Arrested!
Three suspects have been arrested stealing toilets. This took place on Thursday, the 28th of March in Selosesha in the Free State.
Selosesha SAPS acting commander, Colonel Mosiuoa Raliopane said the suspects are aged between 25 and 47.
Selosesha K-9 and Selosesha Crime Intelligence Cluster acted on a tip-off about a suspected stolen trailer with six mobile toilets.
“Members acted swiftly and managed to apprehend one suspect. They interrogated the apprehended suspect which led to two more suspects being apprehended,” said Raliopane.
Raliopane said preliminary investigation discovered that the trailer and mobile toilets valued at approximately R 100 000, 00 were allegedly stolen at a business premise in Bloemfontein by an employee during last month.
“They were then allegedly transported to Houtnek Trust,” he added.
Raliopane applauded the reliable source that provided police with positive information that led to the recovery of suspected stolen property and the apprehension of suspects.
