Minister Angie Motshekga releases 2020 Matric results

Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga is announcing the matric results for the class of 2020. Quality assurance body Umalusi last week gave the department the green light to release the results.
For the class of 2020, it was a year that will go down in history for its unpredictability and uncertainty.

Pupils had to adapt to online learning and little to no contact with their teachers, all while being locked down and living with the threat of the pandemic.
