Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Keizersgracht Road in Zonnebloem Cape Town.

Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle lost control crashing into a tree.

The patient a 20-year-old male sustained moderate injuries and was treated on scene before being transported by Netcare 911 ambulance to hospital for further treatment.

All necessary authorities were on scene.
