13,025 new COVID-19 cases, 248 deaths recorded

South Africa has recorded 13,025 new COVID-19 cases. The health department said 248 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours.
In the Western Cape, 3,552 people tested positive and in Gauteng 3,154 people. More than 55,000 tests were conducted in the last reporting period.
