Energetic service advisor needed for a franchise dealer in Ballito to complement the service team. Nissan or Renault experience will be an advantage.
Competitive Basic Salary, commission and 50% company benefits.
Realistically expected earnings can exceed 20k per month
Duties will include:
Building a rapport with customers,
Checking customer details over the phone,
Going through qualifying criteria to assess suitability,
Establishing the best interests of the customer,
Updating and maintaining details of calls on our relevant system.
The successful applicant should have:
A good telephone manner,
Ability to ‘think on your feet,
An ability to work to targets,
Be computer literate with knowledge of auto mate
Must have exceptional communication skills.
