About the Department…
The Creative department is responsible for creating, testing, optimizing and managing all the advertising creatives needed by the Advertising department. It’s responsible for the advertising offer, constituting of landing pages, payment pages, banners, texts, and presenters.
Entertainment Products works side by side with Entertainment, Advertising, Operations, R&D and Finance to continuously align product development and performance with the company objectives.
This position demands a highly creative and methodical person that is passionate and determined on achieving the highest level of user satisfaction and engagement through site, content and marketing material design across multiple media formats. Constant learning is required to keep up with up to date with web languages standards and trends such as HTML5 and CSS3, video, audio and image creation, and manipulation.
As with all specialist positions in Basebone skill sharing and lending expertise cross-department is essential and a sign of teamwork.
Core responsibilities:
Create and manage landing pages, banners, payment pages, and offer presenters as required by advertising strategy and in line with required compliance levels specified in the growth plan
Provide feedback and proposals for tool optimizations to the Ad Tech team
Provide feedback and proposals for improved efficiency with 3rd Party tools such as payment page handling companies
Provide key input to shape the Go To Market strategy from a creatives perspective
Create new concepts and communicate with the Creative Team Lead for testing or launching
Optimize landing pages to ensure low bandwidth and browser compatibility
Attend industry trade shows where required to represent Basebone
Collaborate when necessary cross-department with R&D, Performance, Ad Tech, Business Development, Compliance, and Integrations.
Keep up to date with web and banner design, techniques, languages, and tools
Qualifications and experience:
Strong web design and web development skills (HTML & CSS)
2 years experience in a similar role
High level of knowledge in the landing page, banner design, and optimization
Fluent English
