We seeks a remote web designer with sharply honed design skills and a proven ability to deliver impactful work. This is a highly collaborative role that reports to the Project Manager and will help shape company culture and contribute to all parts of the business. This is a permanent remote position.
Candidate must have the following skills.
3+ years of experience in web designing & graphic designing.
A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Responsive Web Designing, and Bootstrap is a must.
The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Organized, detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Good design and color sense.
Ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs.
Proven skill in providing clear direction and timely feedback to keep work on budget and schedule.
Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of internal and client organizations.
The web/graphic designer developer will:
Work on a diverse portfolio of projects across graphic and web design
Lead the creation of unified themes across the customer journey that are contextual, clear, and elegant
Work on a multi-disciplinary team in a collaborative environment with diverse perspectives and expertise
Establish process, translate requirements, build presentations, and assist with production and delivery
Raise the creative bar through your design work
Work proactively to find solutions, translate ideas though action, and maintain momentum
