KEY OUTPUTS:
Driving the Warehouse Truck and/or Quantum to Lodges as scheduled – conveying materials,
equipment and supplies to/from the areas where they are required
Assist with packing, palletizing, loading & offloading of all Trucks & Delivery / Collection vehicles
Checking “Warehouse Consignment Details & Load Sheets”
Regular Maintenance and Service of vehicles.
Maintain a detailed up to date log book so trips can be monitored
Ensure that annual licences are up to date including personal drivers licenses, PDP, truck licence
etc.
Safe operating of Warehouse Equipment
Petty Cash – recons
Fuel Card – recons
Assist with Generator Fuel Checks and Refills – reporting errors, fuel consumption, etc.
Assist with Warehouse Maintenance if required
Adhere to Warehouse Health & Safety procedures
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Valid Code C Licence – to drive buses and goods vehicles with GVM greater than 16,000 kg. A
trailer with GVM of 750 kg or less may be attached. Valid PDP
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Truck Driver with proof of Driver History is essential
Direct interaction with Lodge staff when at the lodges
Direct interaction with suppliers

Detailed and numerate
Computer literate
