WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS/PROCUREMENT CONTROLLER, North of Pretoria, R10000-R15000 Negotiable depending on experience. Position Description: To ensure the correct inflow and outflow of product from stores to customers. Maintaining good warehouse practices. Tracking of shipments and problem solving. Management of document keeping and administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of 3 stores, Est.Stores Value 10mil with a 1000 line items
Conduct Cyclic Counts
Receiving
Dispatching
Picking
Implementing slow moving Initiatives
Track of dispatched goods
Management of queries in relation to function
Data Management
Monitor stock levels for fast movers
Use of Accpac ERP system
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent preferred
Requirements, Skills and Attributes
Proven work experience as a Controller within the Operations/Logistics/Procurement with similar experience of at least 2 years
Strong working knowledge of AccPac or similar ERP system
Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Excellent telephone manner, verbal and written communication skill to communicate globally
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
Accurate data entry skills
Valid drivers’ license
Own reliable transport
Position will be based in Pretoria
Availability after hours, on an ad-hoc bases
Positive relationship building
Team player, self-motivated, target driven, able to work under pressure
Highly energetic, dynamic and have a focused drive for growth (personal and with the organization’s goals) towards success
