Typing quotes * Checking stock * Ordering stock * Quotes from suppliers * Accepting deliveries * Dispatching deliveries * Filing * Dispatching service teams * Answering phones * General office duties * Ordering stationary * Checking vehicle tracking system * Supervising internal cleaner Requirements: * Matric essential. * Attention to detail is critical. * Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Own transport essential

– Must have own car and Valid Drivers License * Minumum 3 -5 years working experience in an administrative role * Strong Administration skills required * Neat and well-groomed. * Pleasant and professional face-to-face and telephonic mannerisms * English first language * Full disclosure of the current status of a credit record and criminal record * Working Hours are from 8 am – must be able to start that time (NOT NEGOTIABLE) * Honest and reliable and punctual at all times
