About the position
Ensure that all Wadding received is stored well, ensure that wadding before issued is neatly dressed and has no quality defects Conduct daily Counts to ensure that the Wadding in the Wadding Store is aligned to SAP

What will you be doing?
- Maintain good safety, housekeeping, storage and stacking standards in the Wadding Store.
- Understand the process of verifying if all the Wadding recorded on the TMs Scale Log Sheets, as passed production, has been physically transferred to the Wadding Store, by physically checking the rolls against the log sheets.
- Process all TM1 and TM2 Wadding receipts into the Wadding Store on SAP in Inventory Controller absentia
- Understand the process of capturing Wadding Issued on the system and capturing the returned to the Wadding Store on SAP, including NCRs.
- Ensure all NCRs wadding are removed from Converting floor after documentation received
- Maintain good housekeepoing inside wadding store warehouse
- Daily neathly dressing of wadding rolls preparation before issuing
- Support in Conducting Daily Cycle Counts on all Wadding items with movements, investigate any discrepancies identified and correct accordingly.
- Ensure that all waddiing rolls are stacked in accordance to FIFO process
- Ensure that the Wadding Store is always ready for stock count
- Take part in Monthly and Quarterly Counts.
- Cover Wadding Drivers as and when needed. •Stand in for the Inventory Controller in absentia
About you
What are we looking for?
- Matric with a minimum of one year’s experience in wadding stores. Wadding collection and issuing using either prong truck or clamp truck. Stacking of wadding using 7 tons clamp experience.
- One-year valid license of clamp and prong truck
