Retail Cellular franchise dealer
(9 Branches within KZN) requires energetic, enthusiastic & motivated Administrative Clerk for our Vodacom Shop Pavilion Superstore.
Responsibilities and Duties·
Show a positive attitude to the company and associates.
· Maintain positive working relationships with
store employees
· Answering of Telephones on Store switchboard
· Issue stock to staff on sales floor timeously
· Checking Activations with follow through to customers
· Data capturing for Internal Head Office
· Check all paperwork – compliance with required
documentation
· Filing and batching completed paperwork for
Vodacom Head Office
· Daily calls to Eligible for Upgrade Base
· 3PP Customer diarising for Upgrades & Sms
· Maintain Prepaid NPPS Sales Report to Talking
Points management
· Stationery orders with Internal Head Office
· Full repair/OBF management with Customer
feedback and loan phones
· Stock handling from courier to Back Office
Requirements:
· Previous Vodacom experience would be
advantageous
· Must have a Matric certificate
· Must be at least 26 Years of Age
· Ability to interact well with a diversified team
· Attention to Detail and accuracy
· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook
· Must be able to work Retail hours and shifts
· Must have a Positive attitude and be a Team
Player
· High Energy Levels
· Must live in the surrounding area
Full-time position
Salary: R5000 – R6500
