Logistics Support Services is a support function to the AVI Group for distribution purposes. LSS has six Distribution Centres located in Isando, Polokwane, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, East London and a central Planning Office based in Bryanston. The Distribution Centres are responsible for the distribution of all AVI products i.e. Biscuits, Snacks, Coffee etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer liaison Delivering of AVI products at customer premises Ensuring stock is delivered to the correct customers Ensuring stock collected is returned in full Assist driver with a vehicle inspection and reversing Keep the vehicle and surroundings clean Excellent product handling Excellent time keeping a record Housekeeping Willing to work extended hours.

Competencies
Attention to detail in numeracy and accuracy Honest and trustworthy Ability to cope with the pressure, Experience Required, 2 year’s experience in a similar role

Minimum Qualifications Required

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Valid Code 10 or 14 driver’s license will be advantageous
Knowledge Required, Knowledge of transport OHS ACT requirement Willing to work extended hours.
