A local resident had a close call early Sunday morning when a vehicle ploughed through their boundary wall on Trenance Park Drive in Palmview.
KZN VIP Emergency Response Teams swiftly responded to the scene after receiving reports of the incident. On arrival, medics assessed two occupants from the vehicle. Fortunately, both sustained only minor injuries and were treated on-site.
Unlicensed Driver Lost Control
According to initial reports, the driver—who is believed to be unlicensed—lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a bend, resulting in the crash. No fatalities were reported.
The South African Police Service (SAPS), along with other emergency services, were on the scene and have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
