Nandipha Magudumana’s bid to have her arrest declared illegal has been dismissed with costs.
Magudumana argued that her deportation from Tanzania was actually disguised as an extradition.
The court found Magudumana was aware of being handed over and the charges she was facing in South Africa.
The court has found that Magudumana was returned in line with international law.
