The DA-led coalition in Tshwane is raising allegations of bribery. It believes its councillors, who voted with the ANC, were bought out.
It wants the heads of those it says betrayed them.
This was after the DA’s Cilliers Brink was defeated in the Mayorship race.
Former Council Speaker Murunwa Makwarela was instead voted into the position.
