The City of Tshwane has reached a wage deal with municipal workers.
This after the City agreed to their demands to earn in par with their municipal counterparts.
Officials admitted it should have upscaled the workers’ salary profiles 3 years ago but that hadn’t happened.
The workers will receive backdated pay from July 2017.
