The National Prosecuting Authority is adamant it will track and hold accountable all those who allegedly facilitated state capture.
Former Transnet Group CEO Siyabonga Gama is alleged to have worked with others to siphon money using Gupta-related companies Trillian and Regiments Capital.
Last year, Gama denied this at the state capture inquiry.
But Transnet Chair Popo Molefe says all those involved will answer for their crimes.
“Law enforcement agencies are busy with other countries working on the issue of the Guptas,” he said.
Molefe said there’s enough evidence against Gama and others.
He said it’s now up to the NPA to secure convictions.
He also believes that many more will still be charged.
“If they put up a shoddy case they will use it. But investigations have proved there is evidence.
“There’s a lot of evidence showing a lot went wrong,” Molefe said.
