RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be required to travel to the SACAA for the submission and collection of SACAA documentation.
Scanning and moving of scans into the correct folders
Copying of documentation
Liaise with the Finance department (hand in all invoices timeously)
Binding manuals
Laminating documents
Preparation of classrooms for instructors
Answering calls and taking messages
Ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Valid South African driver’s licence
Computer literate
Able to use Microsoft Office suite i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
Exceptional communication skills
Previous administration experience will be beneficial
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Must be able to work well under immense pressure
